Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (£100k+ OTE)

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
✔ Identify and engage new clients through research, networking, and outreach.
✔ Build and nurture relationships within HR, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communications sectors.
✔ Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, showcasing the value of their consultancy services.
✔ Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage CRM systems effectively.
✔ Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience in business development, ideally within a similar comms agency or professional services.
✔ Strong knowledge of HR, employee experience, employee engagement, or internal communications.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ A proactive, goal-oriented approach with strong negotiation abilities.
✔ Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
