Our client based in Stourbridge is looking for an office manager to join their team. The company specializes in the events industry and seeks someone experienced in office management who is also outgoing, friendly, and fun while maintaining professionalism.
The Role
1. Be the face and first point of contact, welcoming and looking after visitors, and dealing with incoming post and deliveries.
2. Manage the internal meeting room bookings.
3. Answer the main phone line, relaying calls to the appropriate person.
4. Ensure all client contracts are accepted, adhered to, and are current.
5. Manage existing QMS certification, ISO9001.
6. Manage the external IT suppliers.
7. Project manage the implementation of cyber essentials.
8. Asset management.
9. Oversee the responsibility for UK GDPR requirements within the business.
10. Health and Safety management.
11. Supplier management.
12. Office facilities management.
Essential Skills and Requirements
1. Previous experience of running/managing an office.
2. Experience of implementing IT compliance.
3. Project management skills.
4. ISO9001.
5. Process-oriented.
6. Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
