Who we are looking for
A Creative Copywriter, who will create engaging marketing media and internal communication that resonates with our target audience, whilst maintaining consistency with our overall brand voice.
This role sits in the marketing and internal function within the Design and UX department, who are responsible for the design of internal tools, marketing support and communications. The team provides toolkits, assets and brand guidelines to enable others to use the creative direction effectively. They also deliver design work across all internal sites, systems, emails and documentation.
You will edit and write clear and engaging content for a variety of media, with consideration given to SEO. You will make changes to our Digital Asset Management system and Brand Guidelines portal, ensuring legal compliance of content and assets, and language localisation for global content.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Background education in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications, with commercial experience in Copywriting or a related field.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
* Digital marketing and CMS experience and knowledge of SEO best practices.
* Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* Adaptable, with the ability to shift focus regularly to align Business and team priorities.
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Proactive approach to problem solving and learning.
* Approachable with a positive attitude.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborating with design, marketing, product and legal teams to create copy that is compliant, meets requirements and is aligned with design and brand strategies.
* Producing clear, compelling and creative copy for websites, social media, emails and other marketing materials.
* Reviewing and editing content to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency.
* Iterating and refining work based on feedback from stakeholders.
* Upholding a constant brand voice across all written materials, adhering to brand guidelines and style guides where necessary.
* Working closely with International Content to ensure optimal language localisation and translations.
* Overseeing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
* Managing copy changes to our DAM and Brand Guidelines portal for use by others.
