1st Line IT Support Assistant
Salary: £22,308 - £23,000 / Pro-rata (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Full-Time or Part-Time considered

Key Responsibilities:
Reset passwords and verify user identities in compliance with GDPR.
Troubleshoot internet connectivity, wireless systems, and other technical issues.
Perform on-site tasks, including running cables, installing cameras, and setting up equipment.
Provide hardware and software support, including Office 365, Linux, and server maintenance.
Address various IT queries efficiently, identifying and implementing the best solutions.
Manage tasks using Google Docs and assist in maintaining task lists.
