Direct Medics is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care representative for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and Nurses, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries related to payroll support. There is the potential that this role will go to a Permanent position as the need within the department is ongoing.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and ensuring a high level of candidate and client satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to resolve issues and streamline processes, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our customer care operations.
We are looking for individuals with a passion for helping others and a proactive attitude to problem-solving. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be key in delivering a positive experience for our customers.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service or care role is preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong attention to detail.
* A proactive and personable attitude.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
