About the service Monksfield Adlin House is a warm, welcoming residential care service for disabled children with moderate to severe learning disabilities. Our purpose-built bungalow offers five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and communal living and play areas. With a large, enclosed garden with a variety of play equipment, we provide a supportive environment for our children. In addition to residential care, we offer short breaks in our unit called Acorn, providing a "home away from home" supported environment. We collaborate with families and professionals to meet the complex needs of the children in our care, offering tailored support packages for a fun, inclusive stay that empowers children and young people to live the life they desire. We are looking for someone with a 'can do' attitude to join our team. Experience of leading Shifts in a Care setting. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or recognised equivalent). Experience and training in safeguarding. An innovative and creative approach to problem solving. Experience of developing tailored care plans.
