The key deliverables include:
1. Developing and executing the supply chain strategy across planning, transport, logistics, warehousing, and customer service.
2. Enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining cost-effective inventory levels.
3. Overseeing and optimising multiple warehouse locations.
4. Building and nurturing supplier relationships to improve performance and drive growth.
5. Implementing robust forecasting, demand planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
6. Leading initiatives to improve productivity and operational processes while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should demonstrate significant experience in supply chain leadership within manufacturing, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a strong track record in driving operational improvements.
