The Role : You will play a pivotal role is shaping the marketing automation processes of the organisation. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Support marketing team members with strategic expertise, setting up and monitoring Marketo campaigns and automations Build, manage, regularly refresh & optimise drip email campaigns Build, manage & optimise nurture journeys for all key prospect and customer journeys and trigger points Build and optimise email campaigns for webinars - from webinar invites, countdown to webinar follow-ups Work with Salesforce teams on data segmentation and reporting Maintain and optimise data cleanliness on a regular basis Monitor overall Marketo performance and health Provide ad-hoc, weekly and monthly reporting on email journeys against targets Work with key stakeholders across various departments, such as service teams and sales team, to understand the funnel and optimise client campaigns and nurture programmes For this Marketing Automation Executive, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Business degree, Marketing degree or a related field Expert in using Marketing Automation Platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong experience in marketing automation campaign definition and deployment. Experience in project/program management. Experience with digital analytics. Strong understanding of information architecture, user experience, digital marketing.
