We are currently recruiting for a Sports & Events Ticketing Manager. This position is responsible for sourcing corporate hospitality, group and individual tickets at major sports & international events for one of our client dedicated team.
Do you thrive from no two days being the same? From coordinating ticketing for the Six Nations or Wimbledon, to sourcing hospitality for Taylor Swift or Oasis?
You will be proficient in negotiating and budgeting, enjoy meeting client expectations and have an interest in the sporting world.
As a Sports & Events Ticketing Manager, you will:
* Build relationships with key corporate stakeholders and event ticketing suppliers.
* Sourcing and presentation of hospitality packages, taking into consideration programme requirements, budgets, and legal requirements.
* Lead & own ticket distribution, including secure & traceable shipment.
* Maintain accurate supplier information and documentation.
* Manage monthly financial reconciliation process.
* Efficient management of timelines/deadlines for multiple ticketing requests, maintaining effective communication and clarity throughout the sourcing process regarding all aspects of the programme.
* Create Stakeholder Engagement opportunities and build positive customer relationships.
* Providing industry-relevant guidance, enabling highest levels of benefit to client.
* Management and fulfilment of requests via the SETM process / technology tool.
* Manage own workload and new requests with responsibilities accordingly.
* Prior experience with sourcing and planning corporate meetings, and/or corporate hospitality and event ticketing both in the UK and overseas is an advantage.
You might also have:
* Prior event experience in the banking sector is an advantage.
* Experience with meetings or ticketing technology is an advantage.
You should know:
* This is a hybrid role that requires 1 day a week in the Fleet office.
* Two days a month at the client office in Central London.
* Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break.
* You must have the right to work in the UK.
