This field-based role involves regular travel to engage with farmers, landowners, and agribusiness professionals, understanding their unique challenges and delivering tailored, consultative solutions that boost efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales across Scotland, working closely with farmers and agribusinesses. Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer expert advice on Landmark Systems' software solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits of our solutions. Achieve sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to refine strategies. Stay up to date with agricultural trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in our CRM system. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Field-based sales experience (preferably in agriculture or a related industry). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A self-motivated, proactive approach, able to manage a sales territory effectively. A passion for the agricultural sector and a desire to support farming and estate businesses. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (training provided).
