Role Purpose Promote the Group by creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with the group’s goals and target audiences Plan activity to reach target customers, measure success and drive business growth Engage with stakeholders and marketing colleagues to oversee the development and execution of cohesive promotional strategies and on-brand collateral Promote our products and service excellence by producing authentic and outstanding communications Key Responsibilities Collaboration: Working closely with sales teams, product SMEs, investment specialists and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing across all channels Market Analysis: Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions Integrated Marketing Communications: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, PR, and advertising. Content Creation: Working with the marketing team to produce strategic content, (presentations, brochures, web pages, social media posts, webinars etc) to support marketing initiatives Thought Leadership Development: Work with SMEs to create and communicate insightful thought leadership content Identifying the most effective channels and marketing tactics to reach each target market Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns Customer Experience: Focusing on delivering personalised and professional marketing campaigns that meet consumer demands and enhance the overall customer experience Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the business including senior management and fund services and investment management SMEs Essential Experience Required: Experience of working in an investment or financial services marketing Essential Experience: Ability to delegate in a fair and firm manner Ability to assess the difficulty of tasks and match to skill levels of colleagues Listening skills Website skills and knowledge Ability to coordinate information from different sources Experience managing data PC literacy and internet skills Analytical skills Attention to detail Ability to prioritise Beneficial Skills: Knowledge of WordPress Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
