My client is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Legal Personal Assistant (Legal PA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior legal professionals, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners, associates, and legal teams.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, hearings, and client appointments.
Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
Coordinate client communication, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and legal records (both physical and electronic).
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Assist in preparing for meetings, briefings, and presentations.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, courts, and other law firms.
Manage billing processes, including invoicing and expense tracking.Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Legal PA or in a similar legal administrative role.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
