Manage rota of tour guides Manage performance of team Manage financial budgets and costs for tour guide team Hire and employ new staff as required Vehicle maintenance, checks, compliance and administration Administration of compliance documents: driving licenses checks, risk assessments, incident forms Administration of staffing details: payroll, time and attendance, staff schedules, Regular communication with other departments, including updating tour information. About you Full UK driving licence for this role to enable you to drive our Land Rovers. Ability to recall large amounts of information and speak to groups in confident manner. Ability to focus a team to deliver memorable experiences and outstanding guest service.
