Flexible Staffing Service Team Administrator - Huntingdon
North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a positive, highly motivated and quality-driven individual to join their Flexible Staffing Service (FSS) team to deliver temporary staffing solutions to managers and staff across the organisation.
FSS service operates a 7-day service. For this role you would be expected to work Monday to Friday, between 20 - 25 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will support managers to fill their temporary staffing needs and act as a first point of contact for temporary workers, recruitment agencies and managers. They will work closely with the wider FSS team to gain detailed knowledge of all Flexible Staffing policies and procedures in order to provide cross-cover and work positively towards the development and success of the service.

Job responsibilities
The successful applicant will need to be well organised, proactive, possess excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
An understanding of working within a flexible staffing team would be valuable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE English and Maths at A-C
* NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience (in Business / Admin)
* Previous experience working in an NHS Organisation
Experience
* Previous experience in working in an administration environment
* Experience of working as part of a team
* Experience of using own initiative to solve problems.
* Experience of working in a temporary staffing service or recruitment service
Skills
* Proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
* Ability to work in a pressured environment with frequent interruptions for advice and follow-up queries
