As a Care Home Manager, you will:
Ensure the well-being of residents by meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Lead, motivate, and mentor your team while providing clinical guidance and training.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
Monitor work areas to ensure safety and compliance with policies and legislation.
Promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
Conduct quality assurance monitoring to exceed regulatory standards.

The ideal Care Home Manager will have:
Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN on the NMC register.
A Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience conducting risk assessments.
A kind and considerate approach to communication with residents and colleagues.
