Responsible for leading activities for one of our largest revenue generating industry verticals - Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) including General Insurance, Life, Pensions and Wealth, the London Markets. Core Capital retail banking and cards and payments., Acting as a BFSI industry subject matter expert and providing strategic marketing focus, direction and growth plans for the vertical, the BFSI industry marketing Lead will oversee marketing strategy, planning and execution for integrated marketing programs and campaigns many that will leverage our global marketing research investments and our exciting sports partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional - with strong experience in B2B technology marketing and a demonstrated ability to drive brand growth and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of organisation, including sales, consulting and solution development. The candidate will have deep understanding of integrated marketing and sales enablement, including channel and client outreach, client journey development, account based marketing, including research, messaging, validation and activation. Core Responsibilities
* Serve as the BFSI industry marketing adviser to business and key stakeholders in communications media and technology and sport.
* Develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of industry marketing and client campaigns
* Create and execute ABM plans
* Design, plan and execute awareness and lead generation campaigns
* Segment and develop persona profiles for target clients
* Develop and track key metrics and KPIs for success
* Support other team members, as appropriate
* Provide innovative approaches to build client and partner relationships
* Engage and collaborate closely with technology alliance partners, BFSI and Technology Industry forums such as Tech UK, The FT, Open Banking, London Markets Forum, Insurtech and publications and client marketing teams
* Collaborate across out internal ecosystem including global messaging, PR, Partner Marketing, Sponsorships, Events teams, Digital Media, Brand and Creative, Analyst and Influencers as well as corporate functions such as finance and procurement
Deep understanding of the business issues at a macro UKI level and a micro communications media and tech level
* Comfortable operating within a complex matrix organisational structure
* Previous experience with large professional service organisation
* Able to self start, self-motivate and manage multiple and complex priorities
* Comfortable with fluidity and ambiguity and has the maturity to stay prioritize and focused in such situations
* Strong demand generation skills and client-centric mentality
* Strong communications skills and able to influence others
* Agile and innovative thinker
* In depth of experience in marketing, with a focus on using marketing to drive growth and building client relationships
* Deep understanding and experience of integrated marketing and client strategies to provide successful and measurable outcomes
* Previous experience in B2B marketing
