About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a range of additional needs in Barnstaple's SEN schools. These schools offer a supportive and inclusive environment where children with diverse needs can thrive. You’ll receive comprehensive support, including a meet-and-greet session and a trial day, so you’ll be prepared and confident in your role.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll work across a variety of areas, including:
* Primary Support
* Secondary Support
* PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities)
* SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
* Complex Needs
* ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Key Details:
* Start Date: ASAP – Immediate openings to suit your availability
* Contract Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm – Begin on a temporary contract with potential to go permanent
* Pay: £85-£95 per day – Competitive pay, based on experience
