Interim Senior Legal Counsel (12 month FTC)
A leading energy company based in South Wales is looking to recruit an Interim Legal Counsel to cover a period of maternity leave.
The role is offering remote/hybrid working with office attendance required one day per week.
The role will focus on supporting the General Counsel with a broad range of legal matters including general commercial contracts, innovation contracts, IT/Cyber work, data protection and regulatory matters.
Applications are sought from England & Wales Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE who have previous in-house experience. In addition, a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts is essential, along with the ability to manage a wide range of legal matters including procurement regulations, commercial disputes, property litigation, data protection and IT. Exposure to construction and infrastructure related work would also be beneficial.
The role is due to start at short notice and is expected to run for at least 12 months.
