Operative/Laborer Position
We are seeking an experienced Operative/Laborer to join our team in the Needham Harleston area, providing support for a well-established client.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to lift heavy objects as part of their daily tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of responsibilities, including:
* Lifting and moving goods and materials within the warehouse
* Assisting with pallets, packaging, and property services
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Collaborating with colleagues to meet production targets
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package is also included.
Key Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
