Growing the Aptia business is at the forefront of our strategy, and joining us as Bid Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial success of our business as we find and onboard new clients. What you'll be doing: Production of proposals and bids in responses to RFI/RFPs Management of bid process including planning and adhering to timelines for submission and managing delivery from internal stakeholders Creation and maintenance of the Aptia bid response library Drafting of responses Formatting and proofreading proposals before submission What we're looking for: Bid management experience within financial services sector, with pensions industry knowledge strongly preferred Project management experience and strong organisation skills, able to multi-task Strong attention to detail with good eye for design Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and other document management as required Positive, can-do attitude Excellent communication and relationship building skills, able to form connections and strong working relationships at all levels If this sounds like your ideal next step, please apply with your CV as soon as possible.
