We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team at Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor. As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Director of Sales in all aspects of their daily tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department. Your role will be integral in achieving the hotels revenue targets and creating exceptional experiences for our clients.
As Sales Coordinator your key responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support to the sales team like scheduling, managing calendars, contracts, client inquiries.
Assist with lead generation through research, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Communicate with clients for quotes, booking inquiries, and site tours.
Prepare sales reports, track performance, and analyse market trends.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth event execution.
Essential skills required:
Experience in sales coordination or administrative roles in hospitality is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail in contracts, data entry, and correspondence.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
