Science Teacher (Full-Time) – Start Date: November 4th 2024

Teaching Personnel is pleased to be supporting a well-regarded school in their search for a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team from November 4th. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic educator to make an immediate impact in a thriving learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 teaching experience is desirable but not essential).
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and foster a deep understanding of scientific principles.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help students reach their potential.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation and curiosity.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Science department to ensure consistency and high standards in teaching.
* Contribute to extracurricular Science activities, including clubs, workshops, and academic competitions.
* Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and school leadership regarding student progress and any concerns.
Candidate Requirements:
* A degree in a Science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience teaching Science at secondary school level.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
* A passion for Science and a commitment to helping students achieve their best.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
