A well-established Client of mine that specialises in installation, maintenance, and repairs within the social housing sector. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers. To support their continued growth, I am looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding gas installations, maintenance, repairs, and inquiries.
2. Schedule appointments and manage bookings for service engineers.
3. Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and timelines.
4. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
5. Process payments, invoices, and documentation related to customer accounts.
6. Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
7. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. Previous customer service experience (experience in utilities or gas industry preferred but not essential).
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
6. Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team environment.
