Key Responsibilities: ✅ Scheduling and coordinating care staff to ensure service users receive the best support. ✅ Handling inquiries from clients, families, and staff with professionalism and empathy. ✅ Maintaining accurate records, care plans, and documentation in line with regulations. ✅ Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. ✅ Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies. ✅ Managing rotas, timesheets, and liaising with payroll. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Previous experience in care coordination, administration, or a similar role. ✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills. ✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively. ✔️ Knowledge of care regulations and safeguarding procedures. ✔️ Proficiency in using care management systems (desirable but not essential).
