1. To provide the necessary clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the
Community Centre.
2. Welcome and sign in members of the public to the Community Centre and offer
friendly direction to their class or activity.
3. Undertake clerical duties in support of the Facilities Manager as required.
4. Office duties, including general administration, reception, telephone answering.
5. Computer operations including word, excel, email, publisher, access etc
6. Order and receipting goods and services using the Integra financial system.
7. Basic book-keeping, cash handling, and daily banking procedures.
8. Accept and deal with payments from the public.
9. Liaise with user groups and provide assistance as required.
10. Recording postages, filing, photocopying, and using other office machines.
11. Ordering stock, stationery, cleaning materials, equipment etc.
