Please be advised that this is a fixed term contract, ending on 30/04/2025. The working hours are 7hrs/1 day, Monday to Sunday. Main Purpose To assist in the smooth running of the store through providing excellent levels of customer care. Key Responsibilities Greet all customers that come into the store and assist them with their product selection. Deal with queries and complaints either over the phone or in store. Process all sales transactions quickly and efficiently. Assist with implementing shop merchandising. Assist with carrying out stock takes. Assist in receiving and sorting stock deliveries, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed. Ensure the store is clean and tidy by carrying out housekeeping duties.
