Due to our rapid growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager to join our Night Shift team on our Hinkley Point C contract, based primarily at the HPC site. Hinkley Point C is a large-scale, 24/7 construction project, with thousands of employees clocking in and out every day and night. It's also high security, meaning you'll get an extra hour of pay each day when you take the private HPC bus to and from the site. Our nightshift team work hard and take pride in what they do, creating thousands of meals each night using fresh produce prepared and delivered daily from our Central Production Kitchen in North Petherton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and talented chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delicious, nutritious meals.You will lead our nightly food operations, managing all night team kitchen colleagues with your excellent leadership and organisational skills to nurture team members to produce their very best food.Acting as a role model to your team, you'll champion Health and Safety, ensuring the team demonstrate high standards of food storage, production and service and work within the ethos of zero harm.
