Role: 3rd Line IT Service Desk Engineer aka Infrastructure Engineer, 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, IT Service Desk Analyst, Cloud Engineer, Azure Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Location: Manchester – Hybrid working with 3 days in the office per week. Salary: £45k - £55k base salary plus fantastic benefits inc. up to 31 days holiday per annum. What you will bring to the table and more importantly will learn in your role: You will bring previous experience working on a busy Service desk providing both 2nd and 3rd Line IT Support services. Experience troubleshooting modern technologies across Azure cloud, Citrix and Microsoft is a strong preference. You must be a great communicator, a determined individual who will go the extra mile to ensure our clients get what they need to operate efficiently. You will have experience in and be able to manage your workload, ensuring that all SLA's are adhered to. If you bring with you any Azure cloud or Microsoft certifications then GREAT…but these are not essential, it is very much more about you are the skills you can perform. A few little things…if you have worked in an ITIL environment and have worked with ConnectWise ITSM then great.
