Salary: From £52,500 - £58,750 depending upon experience

The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Supplier Relationship Manager. Reporting into the Supplier Relationship Management Director this role will be dedicated to the IT category within The British Business Bank, you will be responsible for making finance markets work better for smaller businesses through the development of deep relationships with our IT strategic partners. The person appointed will be part of the Commercial Operations senior management team and will be responsible for maximising the value and Supplier effectiveness from a portfolio of IT Supplier relationships from a cost, SLA, support and performance perspective.
To be considered for this role you must have extensive and demonstrable experience of effective contract, commercial, service and budget management within a critical complex multi-source service / supplier environment, including performance/SLA/KPI management, service specific contract drafting & negotiation skills/dispute management.
You will be experienced in Risk Management with the ability to analyse complex performance information & invoicing for all outsourced services.
You must have excellent knowledge of working with and managing outsourced IT Service Providers as well as the ability to use clear escalation paths for reporting, prioritising and resolving issues.
If you have a good understanding of public sector procurement processes and strategic supplier relationship management in general then this would be a distinct advantage as well as any
background and history of maximising supplier relationships within the IT category and a knowledge of specific laws relating to public sector procurement and managing public money.
