Implement procurement transformation strategies, including digital procurement platforms and performance reporting.
Develop a high-performing procurement team, embedding collaboration and continuous improvement.
Represent procurement at senior leadership level internally and externally with key client contacts.
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in infrastructure procurement, ideally in water, civils, utilities, or power.
Demonstrated experience leading procurement teams within large, complex frameworks or regulated environments.
Skilled communicator and relationship-builder with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and positive change.
Sound working knowledge of NEC or IChemE contracts.
Experience with digital procurement and reporting tools—Orbit experience is desirable.
MCIPS qualification or a willingness to pursue it.
Location & Flexibility
This role offers flexible working from several UK office locations, with regular travel expected across the Midlands to Northern UK region to attend project sites and collaborate with supply chain partners.
