A great opportunity to work with the Utilities & Carbon Team within the Estates & Campus Services Department. You will be assisting the Head of Carbon and Energy in validating, correcting, managing and analysing the the full range of utilities (electricity, gas, heat, steam, water and sewerage) data from utility management systems. This will involve providing comprehensive information on utility metering data analytics. The post holder will assist the Head of Carbon and Energy with processing utilities invoices in a timely manner, recharging departments, month accruals and quarterly/annual budget setting. T he post holder will ensure that all contract and energy/carbon compliance systems and records are maintained. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating annual energy compliance work. About you You will have excellent numeracy skills and be able to work with a high degree of accuracy as attention to detail is vital. You must be able to ensure that financial processes are followed and be driven to complete tasks in a timely manner in a fast paced environment. Possessing strong c ommunication skills is important as you will also be liaising with multiple internal and external parties, such as the University Hospitals of Leicester.
