Job summary West Kent Primary Care (WKPC) is seeking to employ a Clinical Pharmacist on behalf of Weald Primary Care Network (PCN) to work across one or two of their member practices. Interview date: scheduled for the week beginning Monday 28 April 2025. Main duties of the job The Practice-based Clinical Pharmacist will improve the quality and safety of care offered to patients of the Weald PCN. They will have regular contact with patients and will reduce the workload of GP prescribers in the practice. They will also support the management of patients with long-term conditions. As part of this role the PCN will fund for you to be enrolled into the NHS England CPPE Education Programme which lasts for 18 months.
