Your Role as a Private Client Tax Manager: As a key team member, you will manage a portfolio of around 200 clients, delivering top-tier personal tax compliance and planning services. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the preparation of personal tax returns and ensuring compliance. Identifying and implementing tailored tax planning opportunities for clients. Leading weekly work flow meetings to maintain efficient operations and high service standards. Supervising, motivating, and developing support staff to foster team success. Reviewing team members work for accuracy and adherence to compliance standards. Addressing non-compliance issues and managing ad-hoc tasks as they arise. Maintaining accurate records of time and performance metrics against budgets and fees. Preparing and delivering insightful presentations, proposals, and advice letters. Authoring monthly articles for the firm’s website and social media platforms to showcase expertise. Providing internal training to promote team development and technical growth. Keeping abreast of tax legislation to ensure the firm’s advice remains cutting-edge. Contributing to the firm’s broader growth and practice development initiatives. You will also lead a team, review their work, and contribute to the firm’s growth by training staff and engaging with clients. Requirements: ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT qualified, 3-5 years’ tax experience, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational abilities.
