Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the department head and team.
* Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans.
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* Attend team meetings and take accurate minutes.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Act as a point of contact between the department and internal/external stakeholders.
* Assist with event planning and coordination.
* Support various projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
* A high level of organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
* A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
* A high level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
* A qualification in business administration or a related field.
