Description
Your role as a Technical Solutions Consultant at Credas, a Dye & Durham company, will be to work as part of our client delivery team to provide expert advice and guidance on client API integrations and manage various technical projects within the business.
You will work closely with Credas’ sales team to assist where technical expertise is required in new business opportunities, as well as working with executive-level stakeholders in internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on API integrations to assist clients in achieving optimum solution designs.
* Manage and progress both internal projects and client projects, managing stakeholders and effectively coordinating resource across the business to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Analyse and document simple to highly complex workflows, information, data collection and/or reporting requirements.
* Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations, tenders, and provide solution design expertise as part of a consultative sales process.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders internally and within our clients’ organisations.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AML/IDV solutions and articulate how they address specific challenges faced by our clients.
* Be an expert in the application area, troubleshoot problems and address questions related to the application.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Experience working with RESTful APIs
* Experience managing all stages of projects, including conception, development, and implementation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Strong, proactive problem-solving and complex analytical skills.
Whilst not essential, it would also be beneficial if you had any of the following;
* Experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and/or Identity Verification (IDV) solutions.
* Commercial/sales background.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
* Prince2 foundation or equivalent project management qualification.
