Job Description
As the Events Coordinator, you will support our Events & Hospitality Manager in delivery of a comprehensive annual events roadmap offering new and exciting experiences tailored to the Rewards & High Value clientele for Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos.
Contribute to prize fulfilment for promotional activity and engage rewards players through maintenance of the MRP private Facebook group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for submitting and managing creative requests for events and promotions, liaising with external suppliers, and establishing strong partnerships with third-party providers. You will ensure that all events comply with necessary legislation, including Gaming, Health & Safety, and Responsible Gambling guidelines, while also ensuring that providers adhere to regulatory and security checks to protect our customers and our brand.
Key responsibilities include recording and tracking event budgets, supporting the Rewards & High Value team with event & hospitality host training, and ensuring that event attendance and gifting logs are accurately maintained in Salesforce. You will also assist in the management of our private Facebook group, coordinate the retail events calendar, and collaborate with third-party providers to arrange and track the delivery of prizes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a strong ability to meet business objectives and project deadlines.

Qualifications
* Operational knowledge within a digital gaming environment and ability to adapt that experience to new formats in our brands
* Previous experience in event/entertainment management is preferred
* Experience in driving improvements in customer journeys and consistently delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Experience with project management tools such as Airtable is desirable
* A keen interest in social media trends
