What will you be doing?
Due to internal promotions Subsea7 are looking for a Recruitment Administrator on an initial 9-month Fixed Term Contract basis located at our Westhill, Aberdeen office to further enhance our UK based recruitment team. This role provides administrative support in all aspects of the recruitment process, attracting and engaging the best talent.
This role offers a varied and diverse experience, supporting onshore recruitment processes and teams worldwide. Working closely in partnership with the HR Teams, Managers and Recruiters, this is an ideal position for someone looking to develop a career within an internal recruitment environment.
Some of the main responsibilities of the role are:
* Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate interviews across various global regions. Ensure candidates receive all necessary information and compliance details prior to their meetings and arrange interview rooms and travel as required.
* Support recruiters with direct resourcing activities by undertaking research activities to identify candidates through sources such as LinkedIn recruiter and screening of applicant's details against job requirements as required.
* Facilitate the promotion of all positions through appropriate mediums, including company website, job boards and recruitment partners.
* Support the organisation of events both internally and externally. (Careers Fairs, University Open Days, Graduate Recruitment Days, STEM Events).
* Contributes to innovations and improvements in the recruitment process as necessary to ensure our ways of working evolve with changing market conditions.
What experience would we like you to have?
* Experience in a similar support-based role, working in a constantly evolving environment.
* Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise your workload during periods of high volume, as well as conflicting and changing priorities
* A good working knowledge of IT systems and effectiveness in learning them efficiently. Experience of SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous but not essential.
* A skilled communicator, adept at engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and candidates from different backgrounds, levels, and fields.
