Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking a talented and ambitious Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Central Manchester. Role Overview: As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will work within a fast-paced and supportive environment, handling a broad range of disputes for both commercial clients and private individuals. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified to three-year PQE solicitor who is eager to develop their expertise in dispute resolution and grow their career within a top-tier firm. You will have exposure to high-profile cases, with the opportunity to work alongside experienced partners and senior associates. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on a variety of dispute resolution matters, including commercial litigation, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and contentious insolvency matters. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements. Manage your own caseload under supervision, taking responsibility for case strategy and client communication. Assist senior lawyers in more complex matters and contentious proceedings. Liaise with clients, counsel, and other third parties, providing clear and practical legal advice. Contribute to business development initiatives and marketing activities, including attending networking events and writing client alerts. Keep up to date with legal developments and case law, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of dispute resolution. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) with experience in dispute resolution, either through training or post-qualification experience. Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the legal and business context within which disputes arise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated interest in business development and a proactive approach to client relationships.
