Responsibilities of the Hire Coordinator:
1. Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered.
2. Process orders for on/off hires.
3. Build relationships with customers.
4. Be the go-to person for clients' hiring needs.
5. Arrange bookings of equipment for various sectors.
6. Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and fellow team members.
You will need to be motivated as the Hire Coordinator and keen to learn the product range or have some previous experience in a similar role. You will be a positive and confident communicator who enjoys contributing to a busy team. The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure would be a great asset for this busy role.
