The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Claims Manager with expertise in handling complex, high-profile Commercial Property claims to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a claims professional with extensive experience managing European and Multinational London Market claims, who is ready to step into a Technical Claims Expert position within our client’s Technical Claims department.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior ClaimsManager for International Property, you will be responsible for overseeing a large portfolio of high-value and intricate Commercial Property claims, including those from European and Multinational markets.
Claims Management: Handling a complex portfolio, ensuring quality and accuracy, and embedding our client’s claims philosophy and best practices.
Quality Assurance: Enhancing team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and identifying training needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Managing relationships with key stakeholders and making strategic recommendations for process improvements.
Technical Expertise: Utilising your in-depth knowledge of claims handling, fraud prevention, and relevant legislation to provide strategic direction.
Extensive experience in handling complex, high-value Commercial Property claims (over £1m).
Proven expertise in European and Multinational London Market claims.
Strong knowledge of fraud prevention, FOS outcomes, and relevant legislation.
Exceptional claims handling capabilities.
Preferred qualifications include ACII, Cert CILA, RICS, or equivalent private practice experience.
