The Role
As a Planned (Kitchen and Bathroom) Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of trades operatives and other designated staff to provide an outstanding “right first time” service to customers. The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring a flexible, productive, co-ordinated and efficient Kitchen/bathroom installation service is provided to customers.
Skills and experience required:
Practical and proven work experience of multi trades, preferably in a Social Housing environment (but not essential)
Proven supervisory and team leader experience
Completion of multi skilled in-house training with either an additional nationally recognised trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification
Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice
Ability of diagnosing and prioritising specific work activities and tasks
Effective leader and team player
Competent user of IT including use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of producing reports for management and ability to handle data for reporting purposes
Experience of undertaking post inspections and internal audits of works
Good customer care skills
Full UK Driving Licence
