Main responsibilities:
* Producing shipping documentation - worldwide
* Data Entry
* Liaising with freight forwarders
* Obtaining quotes, sea, air, road, courier
* DHL/Fedex Booking couriers & documentation
* Setting up new projects on Microsoft teams
* Uploading documents onto Microsoft Teams
* Resolving any queries with deliveries/invoicing
* Assisting accounts with any payment issues re deliveries PODs etc
* Shipping schedules - worldwide
* Raising delivery notes and transferring stock
* Inventory Management various stock locations including Mexico
* Stock reconciliation monthly
* GRN stock into transit and warehouse /client
* Monitoring shipments worldwide
* Maintaining and updating schedules with shipment details
Required skills, competencies, and education:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills essential
* Keen attention to detail is essential
* Microsoft Teams skills are beneficial
* An excellent communicator
* Previous experience within logistics preferred but not necessarily essential
* Ability to multitask and forward plan
* Be able to always demonstrate a professional manner
* Team player
