The Role As the Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will be the cornerstone of operational efficiency, ensuring the CFO’s schedule and priorities are managed seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the CFO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring time is used effectively. Preparing documents, reports, and presentations for board meetings and financial reviews. Coordinating travel arrangements and handling expense reporting. Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assisting with project management and tracking key deliverables. Supporting communication between the CFO and various teams across the organization. Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives. Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello).
