Are you an immediately available Finance Assistant? We have a lovely opportunity to work within a large family run business near Ross on Wye. This will initially be on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This role will include: Processing purchase invoices Raising and matching purchase orders to purchases, and addressing any queries Communicating with suppliers Creating sales invoices Managing bank payments Communicating with suppliers Handling the accounts inbox for general queries Reconciling credit card statements Spreadsheet production and reporting Managing purchasing tasks Necessary Experience: Understanding and Experience of Xero Previous experience in a similar role (2 years preferred) Excellent Microsoft Office user knowledge (esp.
