Job Description:
Harvey Nash's Pub Sec client is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor. You will be deputising where required, to deliver a high quality, professional, business-focused Employee Relations service across the Council, with specific responsibility for provision of quality and consistent advice through the HR Advice Line. You will also contribute to the review and development of employee relations policies, procedures and guidance materials
Main Duties:
Planning:
Support the Team Leaders (Service Centre) to develop the team's services and service plans by working in partnership with colleagues (within and out with the service) and by taking personal responsibility where appropriate for planning how these are delivered effectively and efficiently to service users.
In particular:
* Contributing to the design and review of the Employee Relations Advice service
* Maintaining accurate records in order to create high quality analytics and reports
* Contribute to change programmes to meet current and future needs of our customers
* Respecting the confidentiality of customers colleagues and other departments at all times
