Senior Regional Buyer – Facilities Management Procurement
Location: UK-based (London, Manchester or Hertfordshire)
Salary: Up to £75K + Bonus + Additional Benefits
Are you an experienced FM Procurement specialist ready to make an impact on a national scale?
We're looking for a Senior Regional Buyer to shape the clients procurement strategy across diverse FM service categories, managing an annual spend of around £200 million. This is an exciting role with a focus on driving supply chain efficiencies and aligning regional procurement strategies within a dynamic, multi-national framework.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead & Strategise: Oversee a team of Regional Buyers and work alongside the Head of FM Procurement to drive sourcing strategies for FM Services, ensuring alignment with our national and global goals.
* Optimise Supply Chain: Ensure the right balance in supply chain management across FM categories, enhancing site-level efficiency and UK&I regional competitiveness.
* Stakeholder & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including Supply Management, Tech, Services Platforms, and external suppliers.
* Project Management: Lead project-related procurement in collaboration with operational teams, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance.
What You Bring:
* Proven leadership in procurement or category management, ideally with 5+ years of experience.
* Track record in complex negotiations, with strong presentation and communication skills.
* Expertise in FM categories, including Hard and Soft FM services, and knowledge in FM sub-categories like Lifts, Fire & Security, and Water Treatment.
* Experience with diverse procurement methodologies, particularly in the context of construction and civils projects.
* Relevant qualification (CIPS/ISM preferred).
