* Engage in creative campaign development and contribute to social-first content production.
* Play a key role in optimising media spending and improving client acquisition rates.
Essential Experience:
* Minimum one year of experience in paid media, particularly with high-consideration products.
* Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thinking to complex marketing challenges.
* Experience in crafting and executing detailed media strategies.
* Strong proficiency in managing social media advertising on platforms like Meta and TikTok.
* Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English required.
Salary: £25,000 - £34,000 DOE
