Workday Systems Lead (HR), London, Hybrid, £65K
We are looking for an experienced HR System Lead to take charge of all HCM activities. This is a unique opportunity to define and lead the development of our HR system, ensuring it supports user needs and helps achieve our strategic goals.
The chosen HR Systems Lead will play a key role in shaping the future of the HR system, collaborating with HR, IT, and Finance teams to translate user needs into actionable plans. Your expertise will drive the configuration, optimisation, and implementation of Workday's HCM modules to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Proven expertise in Workday HCM, with substantial experience in configuring and optimising HCM modules to meet business needs.
2. Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy when interpreting complex data.
3. Proficient in IT systems, including HR software, database management, and data reporting tools to support business decision-making.
4. Experience in creating dashboards and management information reporting.
5. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and engagingly to non-technical audiences.
6. In-depth understanding of the employee lifecycle and key HR functions, including the role of HR systems in service delivery.
7. Skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines and targets while managing stakeholder expectations.
