You will be responsible for effectively scheduling work to our field resources. Your role will involve taking charge of the scheduling for your assigned area, ensuring all necessary work is completed. Additionally, you will actively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and technicians, to optimise operations and deliver exceptional customer service. What does it take to be a planner? - Good administration skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and accountability. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, including customers and technicians. - Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently. - A flexible and adaptable approach to respond to changing circumstances and meet tight deadlines. What hours will I work? - You will be working 37 hours per week, your shifts will vary between 6.30am and 9.30pm, involving various shifts. - Weekend work will be required.
