Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Cash and RR Imports daily
2. Update cashflow daily
3. Process PL Invoices daily
4. Instructor Training Administration & Credit Control
5. Process Starters and Leavers in Sage
6. Fogz Adjustments including PPC and cheques
7. Purchase Ledger Statement Recs
8. Purchase Ledger Payment Run
9. PPC report
10. Code and process Credit Cards
11. Ad Hoc sales invoices including FBTC
12. Direct Debit management - Bacs notfications, auddis, run direct debit files
13. Provide cover for other team members when required
Technical Skills Required:
14. Competent in Microsoft Excel
